THE GENERAL MATTERS MODULE
Many third party and/or related cases can be entered in the general matters module. While the system comes pre-loaded with most standard case types (i.e., Litigation, Opposition, Interference matters, etc.), the user is given ultimate flexibility to define any number of custom case types. As in the patent and trademark modules, the general matters module comes with a robust set of pre-defined
actions, and can be customized for a versatile set uses.
THE LICENSE MODULE
The license module can be used to track many different
types of agreements (i.e., Material Transfers, Confidentialities, Leases,
etc.). As with the general matters module, the license module is
completely customizable and can be configured for a wide variety of uses.
It comes loaded with a basic set of pre-defined actions which can be updated and
amended. Patent and Trademark records can also be crossed referenced and
linked to any record in the license module.
